Gite with 5 bedrooms

Our house is a modern spacious house, built in the traditional Breton style. The house was built and used as a working farmhouse until 2002 when we bought it as a family holiday home. Since buying the house we have decorated, modernised and furnished throughout to bring it up to the high standard British guests expect, including the conversion of the 6th bedroom on the ground floor into a 2nd bathroom. The house is double glazed and fully heated with electric heating in all rooms. Smoke detectors are fitted, a fire blanket and fire extinguisher are provided.

Layout 1st floor

There are 4 bedrooms, two double, one twin room and one with bunk beds.

There is a family bathroom with bath and shower and with a separate WC

•

Baby's room complete with cot (stair gate & high chair also available).

Ground Floor

The 5th bedroom with twin beds.

Second bathroom with shower and separate WC. The shower has a low pedestal and there are grab rails to help someone who might be unsteady. The separate WC is also fitted with a grab rail.

Large comfortable lounge with Satelite TV, Video and music system plus a large selection of games, books video cassettes for you to use. Telephone.

Large Kitchen/Dining room with seating for 10 and all modern kitchen appliances. Microwave, Electric oven and hob, Dishwasher and Refrigerator.

Cave (basement)

The basement extends under the whole of the house, it is well lit with 3 windows and ample electric lighting. Dart board and darts. Wall mounted Basket ball hoop

The cave is equipped as a laundry with sink, freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer. A large door leads to the off-road parking area.

The cave is a secure area for keeping your bicycles.

Outside

•

The house is at the end of a lane which leads nowhere else and hence is quiet and safe for children to play.

Access to the house is either via the cave or up a few steps from the parking area.

•

The house is in ½ acre of land, with a large private garden, including a patio, patio furniture & barbeque, paddling pool and children's play house, swings and slide and a boule pitch.

The garden is neither overlooked nor over looks any other property.

•

Off-road parking for up to 6 cars.
