The Letting Period is normally Sunday to Sunday in July/August
but it may be possible for us to be flexible on Letting Periods.

We offer discounted prices for out-of season breaks, mid-week breaks, or long weekend breaks. Please contact us for details.

All bed linen and towels (except beach towels) can be provided. This is charged at £8 per bed per stay.

Booking Terms and Conditions

Reservation

To reserve our house, the Booking Form, once duly completed and signed, should be returned together with a cheque for the initial 25% deposit (non-refundable). Following receipt of the Booking Form and deposit, a booking confirmation will be sent to you.

Payment of Balance

The balance of the rent together with the Security Deposit (refundable) is payable six weeks before the start of the holiday period. If payment is not received by the due date, we reserve the right to cancel your booking. Bookings made within six weeks of the start of the holiday period should be paid in full.

Security Deposit

A Security deposit of £150 is required to cover all breakages, damages, losses and additional cleaning (if necessary). The deposit or balance of it will be returned within 2 weeks of the end of your holiday.

Travel Insurance

The property is insured for guests, however not for negligent damage caused. You are advised to arrange a comprehensive travel insurance policy (including cancellation cover).

Letting Period

The letting period commences at 4pm on Sunday and finishes at 10am on the last Sunday unless otherwise agreed.

Occupancy

The maximum number of people to reside at our house must not exceed 11 (including baby).

Smoking/Pets

No pets allowed to the house. No smoking inside the house.

Liability

We shall not be liable:
for any temporary defect or stoppage in the supply of public services to our house for any loss, damage or injury which is the result of adverse weather conditions, or other matters beyond our control.

for any loss, damage or inconvenience caused to or suffered by the Client if our house shall be destroyed or substantially damaged before the start of the holiday period and in any such event, we shall, within 7 days of notification to the Client, refund to the Client all sums previously paid in respect of the holiday period.

Under no circumstances shall our liability exceed the amount paid to us for the holiday period.
